I am trying to automate the calculation of employees' pay rate. I have a dowload with employees' names, department and hire date. The pay rate is based on the weeks worked and the department they belong to. I have a column that calculates the number of weeks and I don't care of those over 104 weeks.
If I use "IF" I end up with too many arguments and I don't want to use vlookup because I would have to always paste the table of values in the workbook.
Here is my table:

So for exemple: if department is 5012 and employee worked for 60 weeks, the pay rate is $17.16.
Could anybody please help me with a formula that would bring me the correct values?
