Formula to Alphabetize Names When Ties Occur

With the help from this forum I have developed a table containing three columns [Sequential Rank] [Name] [Score]. There are 20 rows of data. This has been based on =RANK.EQ, =INDEX, =COUNTIF, =SMALL, =LARGE{array}, formulas. This works great until there is a tie [Score]. I find that when there is a tie [Score], the [Name] is placed in the list on a first come, first served basis. What I would like to do is automate alphabetizing the [Name] when there are ties using the [Score] as the first sort criteria. As this project continues, new [Score] values will be entered. Ties will be broken and new ties will likely occur. I know you can manually use the Sort/Filter tab to do this but I would like to have a formula automate this process. Hopefully I have explained this clearly enough. Thanks!

You will probably need a VBA solution for this.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
