A solution is required for a Data Cleansing File

Hello all and good morning,

Your excel expertise is required. Every term, I have the job of cleansing from a large excel file of all names (e.g. George, Sarah, Ben etc) and bad words (e.g. swear words) from survey responses.

All found names are to be replaced with "<this staff member>" and all bad words are to be replaced with "*****".

For an example:
Raw Data: Professor Spence was a great lecturer however I found that the tutorials run by Associate Professor Smith was bollocks.

Cleansed Data: <this staff member> was a great lecturer however I found that the tutorials run by <this staff member> was *****.

I have attached a snippet of my working data file.

Any suggestions or advise is appreciated.
