Hierarchy autocomplete values

Hello there,
I have a datasource linked to my excel and the structure that it provides tree-like (as seen in attachement).
Basically, from this example:
B1 3000000000 03.01.2013
04.02.2013
05.03.2013
09.04.2013
3000000001 03.01.2013
05.02.2013
05.03.2013
09.04.2013
I need to end up with this
B1 3000000000 03.01.2013
B1 3000000000 04.02.2013
B1 3000000000 05.03.2013
B1 3000000000 09.04.2013
B1 3000000001 03.01.2013
B1 3000000001 05.02.2013
B1 3000000001 05.03.2013
B1 3000000001 09.04.2013

I have tried this as a formula: =IF(Cell= 0;Cell-1;Cell). It only works for the first row so I end up with this:
B1 3000000000 03.01.2013
B1 3000000000 04.02.2013
05.03.2013
09.04.2013
3000000001 03.01.2013
3000000001 05.02.2013
05.03.2013
09.04.2013
Is there any way that i can solve this without macro?

If you have B1 in Cell "A1" then in Cell "A2" Just type =A1
then copy the Cell "A2" (Ctrl + V)
then Select the entire data

Press Ctrl + G

Select Special
Then Select Blanks
Then Press Ctrl + V
You can find the desired data

Hierarchy is dynamic. Refreshing the query with different selections will provide different data. For example:
B1 3000000000 03.01.2013
04.02.2013
05.03.2013
09.04.2013

G1 3000000001 03.01.2013
05.02.2013
05.03.2013
09.04.2013
30000000004 09.07.2013
or in attachmentCapture.JPG
Copying values provides a static solution that constrains the key user to performing this task.
