Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get a formula for if M2:M54 is greater than or equal to 30 then return the text from A2:A54 and I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

uplood.xlsxIt didn't return any of the names. I attached the file to help. I would like the data on Employees Eligible Sheet but looking up the data from Oz Hours
Not sure that i understand what are you try to archive!
If the employee has an average of 30 or more hours on the one worksheet OZ, then I need their name on the Employees Eligible sheet.
Thanks everyone. I actually got it.
=IF(Sheet1!M4<="30",Sheet1!A4,IF(Sheet1!M4>="30",0,))
