Match word in column G but enter value from Column D

This is a bit tough to explain BUT here goes...

if column g on sheet 2 contains store front enter code value for each instance that store front occurs. Is what I need to do, I have uploaded an example sheet hoping that might explain it better visually than I can through words.

Coincidentally, I just answered a similar post within the hour.

    https://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?t=957834

You will need to use the UDF defined there to match and concatenate all of the results into a single cell.

    Your formula will look like
    =concatif(Sheet2!$G$2:$G$15,"Store Front",Sheet2!$D$3:$D$15,", ")

Re: Match word in column G but enter value from Column D

So, I thought about the data a bit more and realize I was missing a few matching criteria.

If the date = 2013 and the category = Inhouse and the Location = Store Front enter code separated by , and how duplicates if duplicates occur.

I checked out the link above but honestly, im not sure how to customize it for the sheet I am working on. I am pretty experienced with VBA but I seem to be stuck on stupid with this sheet. I think at this point, I am over thinking things a bit or something. I would blame it on being Monday but that wouldnt account for being stuck on stupid last week!

I also seem to be having issues with my reply posts showing up.

I am sorry, but I am just a VB novice. I'm just good at taking things apart and putting them back together.

I'd recommend asking a moderator to move your post to the VB forum to find some code for a multiple criteria concatenation.
