sumifs on a pivot table - compare range with range

    Hi guys,

I have a pivot table full of sales:
    eg:
    store, date, sales,type
    1,july1,100,sales
    2,july1,150,sales
    1,july2,100,sales
    1,july3,200,sales
    2,july2,250,sales

How can I select multiple dates in my sumifs formula:

    eg:
    SUMIFS(Table_Profit[sales],Table_Profit[store],1,Table_Profit[type],"Sales",Table_Profit[date],(july1,july2))

Obviously I need to replace july1,july2 with code and I could select them from a drop down list.

When I remove the dates in my sumifs formula it will return every sale. I then tried to filter the pivot table with the dates I want but it would still return everything.

    Anyone have any ideas

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
