Formatting a cell with a colour based on text in other cells.

    Hi

I am stuck..... this is what I need to do....

I want cell A4 to be colour red if cells A1:A3 are T
I want cell A4 to be colour orange if cells A1:A3 are U
I want cell A4 to be colour Green if cells A1:A3 are A
I Want cell A4 to be colour blue if cells A1:A3 are X
but T is higher than X, U is higher than T and A is the highest value so I want the highest value in A4 if there is many values in cells A1:A3
    A1 A2 A3 A4
    T U A

    Hope this makes sense
