How to dynamically synchronize data between two sheets

I have a workbook (attached) which has 3 sheets. On one sheet ("Project Build"), data is entered in its raw form. The second sheet ("Project Table") is a duplicate of the first except each cell performs a calculation from the corresponding cells on the first sheet. On the data entry sheet, the number of rows will pretty much remain static but the number of columns will change from day-to-day. Occasionally, the user will add new records (columns) and will remove records that have expired.

I need the second sheet to dynamically reflect the contents of the first sheet without user intervention and I need the data range for the 3rd sheet ("Time Chart") to adjust accordingly.

If you highlight the data and use Insert-> Table and convert it into a formal table, and then build the graph using 41542 as the baseline value, then the graph will update itself as new data is added to the non-table columns.

Interesting. I've never used "tables" inside Excel before. That's half my battle.

Now how do I keep the Project Table sheet updated?
