    Multiple Criteria To Produce Latest Date

    Hi Guys, I need a formula such as Vlookup or Lookup that is be able reference this data from another page to get the LATEST DATE (e.g 01/07/2013 instead of 03/05/2012) when Column A = 1001 and Column C = GOLD. Thank You!

    1001 01/07/2013 GOLD
    1001 01/06/2013 FAIL
    1001 01/05/2013 FAIL
    1001 02/05/2013 Silver
    1001 03/05/2012 GOLD
    1002 01/07/2013 PASS
    1002 01/06/2013 PASS
    1002 02/05/2013 GOLD
    1002 31/12/2013 FAIL
    1003 01/01/2014 SILVER
    1003 02/01/2014 FAIL

    =MAX(IF(C1:C15="GOLD",IF(A1:A15=1001,B1:B15)))

    @martindwilson - The value is 0 Am I doing something wrong? I did press ctrl+shift+enter in a new column though...

    Ok I solved it already! Thank you martindwilson! Just out of curiosity, what would the formula be if it wasn't an array formula?
