(urgent help pls) how to apply array formula with ctrl+shift+enter

I downloaded to study the excel in this forum address below:

excel exists also here as attachment.

I couldn't reapply formulas in D, E and F columns.

What I tried for D column reapplication was:

I copied formula in E5 from formula bar
I selected J5:J39
ı pasted formula into address bar
I hit ctrl+shift+enter combination

result: All values are same in J5:J39

I need urgent help because of my job. unfortunately this was my 1st array formula usage so i failed

it worked and for the ones like me:
I copied formula in E5 from formula bar
selected J5, printed the formula and hit ctrl+shift+enter combination
then I copied down so it worked
