How to round up and down to nearest 5 cent?

Hi. If I wish to create a formula to round up and down the Sen currency in my country, Malaysia.

Any number ending with 0.01, 0.02, 0.06 and 0.07 is round down to the nearest multiple of 0.05 and any number ending 0.03, 0.04, 0.08 and 0.09 is round up to the nearest multiple of 0.05.

E.g. 3.12 to be 3.10, 3.04 to be 3.05 and 8.08 to be 8.10
