Question Date Related Conditional Formatting

Hello,

I'm having trouble setting up conditional formatting rules in excel 2010.
I have a column of dates with changing values.
I need the dates to be default green when they are far off, change to orange when they are in the next 60 days and be red when they are past.
I thought it would be simple but I can't do it with the pre-set rules in this version.

Is there a formula I can use to set these groups up, possibly using the TODAY() function?

Thanks

Re: Date Related Conditional Formatting

Hi and welcome to the forum

1. use regular formatting to make them all green (this willbe the default color, and save a rule)
2. =A1<=today+60
3. =A1<today()
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
