    VLOOKUP problem

    Hi Guys,

Underneath this table I am using =max to find the highest value in the F column, which is 13.64. My issue is this, when I am using =max I also want to find the age band that 13.64 relates to.

For example in F36 I have =max which returns 13.64. In B36 I want the age band that relates to 13.64 which would be 18-24. I want this to be dynamic so if the values change the cells automatically update to the new highest value in those columns and the band that relates to the highest value.

I hope that's clear, any help would be appreciated as i can't seem to get VLOOKUP to work.
