Formula to get (Prior Biz Day) and (Prior Biz Day -1); ex-holidays

Hi,
I am trying to get the (prior biz day) in one cell and then (the biz day prior to the prior biz day) in another cell; excluding holidays.
If I have a table with the holiday dates for when the stock market is closed, is there a way to do this?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can use WORKDAY function, e.g. with a date in A1 you can get the previous WORKDAY with this formula

=WORKDAY(A1,-1,holidays)

where holidays is a named range containing the holiday dates (you can use a cell reference too)

Change -1 to -2 to get the business day before that......
