Help needed with linking 2 worksheets

    Hello,

I had a spreadsheet contact list, which was pretty crowded, so I decided to separate them.
Now I have 1 worksheet with only the e-mail addresses of the people and all the generally relevant information to me with some less used details in the other tab. Can I somehow mass-update the e-mail addresses so that when I click them, they are looked up in the other tab?
So basically, when I click "Current!C2", I should be ported to "'Personal numbers'!E2"
The "Current" worksheet cannot be sorted by E-mail because of shared functions, multiple roles, etc. So the data will not be in the same rows, so the solution should be some dynamic linking with VLOOKUP or INDEX(MATCH), but that's just from the top of my head and I have no idea how to implement this.
Will be a cakewalk for most of you, I presume Nevertheless, any help appreciated.
