i dont know its possible or not? kindly help me excel experts.... see this logic
A column "name with number" and B column "number" then C column should be BLANK
A column "name with number" and B column "BLANK" then C column should Display "CUG NOT GIVEN"
A column "only words" and B column "blank" then C column should be BLANK in c column,
if A AND B blank then C column also should be Blank

Try this one. Also note that cells in Column B of your posted workbook only appear to be empty. There are many blank spaces in them. Cells with blanks (spaces) are not empty.

YES PROTOleah, second b column is look like blank, but fact is really that is not blank, actually that b column data is lookup from other data,, if no data there in original source then b column look like to be blank... as for that your formula working in only blank cell, now how to fix this problem,

hi anyone rectify the error , i marked in yellow colors are errors,
i need result in yellow color cells, display "cug not given"
if mentioned cug numbers in a column, and that numbers given in b column then c coulmn shoud be blank,
if mentioned cug numbers in a column, and that numbers not in b column then display 'CUG NOT GIVEN"
if mentioned "cug not required" in a column and b column blank then c column should be blank,
Some of your data has trailing spaces. You could fix that situation using the TRIM() fn :
