How to sort the team automatically, totals (column B), with the teams (column A), largest to the smallest.

When I go to download the file it tells me I am not logged in and I know I am, but when it changes page in indicates that i am not logged in and asks for my user name and password, i reenter my user name and password and it repeats the issue over and over. This is the first time this has happened.
