Need: Total Values for Duplicate Entries, Do Not Remove Rows

Hi All!
Here is my workbook: Sample for Sum If Help.xlsm
On the first sheet (1 SHELF) in the Product Name Column (C), some items are listed more than once. I need to find those items and Sum their Qty's as seen in Column F.
My Working Sheet shows in column G a Total Print Qty column (where I'm hoping a suitable formula would go) and other additional columns that I add manually after finding the Sum.
I will be using the results of the SumIf (or other solution) to create a few workbooks, so I need the rows to remain intact.
For reference, the printguide sheet shows one of the outcomes I am looking to create (I would just remove duplicates from the Product Name column, keeping the total print qty column)

I have clicked around and seen that Pivot Tables look like a lot of fun and are a useful tool. The GrandTotal Column that it creates would work perfectly for creating the PrintGuide.
It will take some more clicking around to discover whether I can use it for the packing lists I need, but I feel that I can mark this as "solved" thanks to your introduction to PT.
