help need with #Name? error

need help

I need excel to copy data from sheet1 into sheet2.
as i have alot of data and only wanted data with certain criteria.
I found the answer from this forum and it worked from the file i downloaded, but when i try to copy the formula over it return #Name? error


following is the formula

=IF(ROWS($A$1:$A1)>COUNTIF(INDEX(Status,,1),$A$1),"",INDEX(Status,SMALL(IF(INDEX(Status,,1)=$A$1,ROW(Status)-ROW(Workflow!$A$2)+1),ROWS($A$1:$A1)),COLUMN(B$1)))

I have also attached the file that worked and the file I create that doesnt
can someone advise where i go wrong

your workbook does not have a range named status. in the workbook that does work look at the named ranges (insert-name-define in the 2003 menus)
