hiding columns with formulas, from clients

    Hi
I want to hide columns that have formulas in so that my customers cant edit or see that column.

This columns have formulas in so they still needs to be able to change and work so dont know if the lock function would affect that or not?

my sheet is attached, the columns to be hidden and locked so customer cant see or edit are columns E, H, K, N, Q.

    Please advise

    invoice spreadsheet.xls

    thanks

    danielle

If you hide the columns (right click the column header and then hide) and protect the sheet (tools->protect sheet) then you cannot unhide the column without unprotected the sheet.

It's a relatively simple task to remove this sort of protection from excel though. I'd be very cautious about sending this sort of thing to customers.
