    formula to pull data

    Hi,

i have a giant table that i need to use a formula to lookup a number and then extract the data in its row.

i have uploaded the spreadsheet and highlighted yellow the data i need as an example.

i'm trying to make a table on another sheet. but i don't know of a formula to help me populate it.

Not that I can help offhand but what you wrote isn't what you attached. Your example spreadsheet shows yellow in cell A14 but what you want begins in B15 and goes across row 15, then you want all of row 19, but cell a22 but corresponding rows B24 on? You may need to define your request more.

    Re: formula to pull data

i know its very confusing, i can't best explain it. basically in another sheet, i will have part numbers and their corresponding dates. i'm trying to fill in a table where the first column is part number and the top row are dates. and the formula will find the first negative of a part number and fill in on the date it has a negative.
