Start and Stop times by account number and discharge date

I have multiple records with different account numbers with start, stop times, and discharge date/times. The goal is to only retrieve the first start time for accounts and stop time is last time before the discharge date/time. If after discharge time, it should create a new output time interval for start and stop time based on the method above.

Which formula would be appropriate for extracting this information from my raw data sheet?

Example:

Account # 12345

Start time
1/1/13 5:16
1/1/13 2:15
1/1/13 4:13
1/3/13 1:00
1/2/13 4:13
1/3/13 1:01
1/1/13 00:45
1/4/13 15:43
1/5/13 0:16

Discharge Time
1/3/13 0:53
1/4/13 23:45

There are multiple records..but the formula should only calculate:
Output #1
Start: 1/1/2013 2:15
Stop: 1/2/2013 4:13
as the discharge date/time is 1/3/2013 0:53.

Then another record should show start after 1/3/2013 0:53.
Output #2
Start: 1/3/13 1:00
Stop: 1/4/13 15:43
Discharge time for this is 1/4/13 23:45
