Conditional Formatting - change font color in B25 if a separate box B23 says N/A

As a novice I want to ask for help in changing the font color in box B25 to red, if box B23 says "Not Applicable". All other variations in B23 (of which there are six) I want the font colour to remain as black.

I can't find the answer in Excels own Help pages!

    Thanks in advance

In Conditional Formatting rules use this formula.

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Choose your color>>ok.

How can you use Conditional Formating.

--In Excel 2007 and 2010, Conditional Formatting is in the Styles group on the Home tab. In Excel 2003, Conditional Formatting is on the Format menu. See here how you can work using CF.
