TOTAL RATING (out of 100)

Hello,

Would like your input to know what is the best formula that I can apply for the following scenario that would provide total rating out of 100.

There are 5 sections in document totalling 100 but only 4 sections are being completed as section 2 is not to be accounted.

What is the best best formula to display Total rating (out of 100) where section 2 is not to be accounted= ?

What do you mean by "out of 100"?

= SUM(inputs) / 100
the sutotal divided by 100?

= SUM(inputs) / COUNT(inputs)
the average, but maybe formatted as a percentage in the cell?

= AVERAGE(inputs) * 10
trivially different from the last option?

Total score out of 100.

Each section is total to 20.

I was thinking of something like this:

=SUM(Section1,3,4,5)/80*100
