    Conditional formatting using MAX function

    Hi,
    I have a pivot table with names and values.
    I want to create a condition that colors the name of the person (column A) with the maximum value (column B).
    I tried using max function but with no luck - I'm probably not writing it correctly in the rules of the formatting.
    Please be specific - should I just mark the A column and the formula for the format on B column?

    Thanks!

    Re: Conditional formatting using MAX function

    Yardenon, Good afternoon.

    "...Please be specific - should I just mark the A column and the formula for the format on B column?..."

    a) Select Column A

    b) Conditional Format menu

    1st Condition --> FORMULA --> =B1=MÁXIMO($B$1:$B$1000) --> Choose your desired color

    I hope it helps.
