Angry Autofill from other skeeping x cells each time

Can't seem to find how to do what I think should be easy to do.

I have information on a column that i wanna have on another sheet.

    Let's say that the information I want is on SHEET1, ROW J lines 4 8 12 16 20. So every 4 cells "going down".

On my blank SHEET2 I wanna autofill the column so my first "formula" on any cell would be ='SHEET1'!J4

When I drag down to autofill, obviously, the next line shows ='SHEET1'J5. I don't want J5, I want J8, then J12 and so on.

Can anyone give me a solution?

    Thanks!!!

try =index(sheet1!$j$1:$j$100,row()*4) supposing you start in row 1

Adapt the range to your needs

Re: Autofill from other skeeping x cells each time

Maybe I didn't explain myself good enough.

    Sheet1 shows:

    Microsoft Excel Starter - Libro1 27102013 215235.jpg

Sheet2 is a summary of it so it shows

    Microsoft Excel Starter - Libro1 27102013 215325.jpg

Therefore, what I want is on Sheet2 Column B to show all the Bar1 Totals from Sheet 1 which are located on:

    J4, J9, J14, J19, J24...

    I can't manage to tell sheet2 to get those figures skipping cell J5, J6, J7, J8, J10, J11........

    Thank you very much!!!

The easiest way to see how it works, step by step, is to use the Evaluate Formula tool in the Formula Ribbon
