How to Show Only the Cell That Met Formula Criteria when Filtering?

Hello All,

I Need Help regarding the above title.
Attached is the table provided.
My problem is i want to do the filtering based on terminal, and when we choose one terminal the list of type of revenue will be shown, but
with the blank cell(non criteria) being skipped by the cell that met the criteria.

Thank you for helping, however the blank or 0 cell is still shown i want it to be skipped/undisplayed.
