Matching data and copying row to different sheet

Hi all,

I am trying to find a way to compare a range of values across another sheet to find all the rows that match any number in the range of cells, but having a bit of an issue coming across a solution that will work. I prefer a formula but will work with a macro if need be.
For business reasons I can't paste the document in question but I can describe following:

I have a sheet (1) that contains the numbers I am looking for which will be the range of cells to compare with.
Another sheet (2) contain a large amount of data with drivers and consignment numbers (consignment numbers are the common factor here)
Whatever row that contain the matching consignment number I would like to be copied to a final sheet (3)

Hope someone got a solution for me as I have been using google to my fullest to try and find a solution that will work but so far no luck.

Looks like an INDEX &small(if ..issue but we need a small sample workbook for testing this..

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

I am not able to find the common columns. Which are the columns in eatch sheet that we must compare?

I find the "ConsignmentNo" in second sheet but not in first sheet.
