Specific Weekday within date range

Hello,

I'm using Excel 2007 and somewhat limited when it comes to formulas.

I have a spreadsheet with two sets of date ranges that I need to specify a random date between the two; however, I need that random date to only fall on a Sunday.

My spreadsheet looks like this:

Column F = Start Date
Column G = End Date

I need in Column "H" a random date; but that date can only fall on a Sunday
I need in Column "I" a second random date that cannot duplicate any which are in Column H that too falls on a Sunday.

Is this possible?

In the future, please don't post a picture - post the actual spreadsheet, minus any confidential information.

But to answer your question, see my attached workbook and see if it does what you want.

It uses helper columns to determine the Sundays between the earliest date in your list and the latest date in your list (Column L).
Column M displays dates that aren't chosen in column H, from column L, and Column N produces a list of those same unused dates, but without blanks. Had to do this so the formulas in column I work correctly, since they can't be duplicates of any dates in column H.
