I have attached a very basic Spreadsheet in an effort to show what I need.
The data from my first sheet nees to paste into the second sheet (Staff Leave).
In the first instance, how can I populate the first column in sheet 2 with the required names (Bill & Stan)
and the corresponding letter.
In other words, copy the second row over to Sheet two and paste in the first available cell in Column A.
I apologise for the confusing nature of the question, but hopefully the spreadsheet will indicate what I need.
I appreciate any assistance anyone can offer and I thank you in advance.
