    Mapping Data to Different Spreadsheets

    Hi all,
I am needing to map information from my first tab to the rest of the tabs when I choose a specific criteria from column A. In the attached column A if I choose submitted I need that information to go to the submitted tab. I have it to where I can get information to the tab but it is only pulling the first row of my data and not pulling any of the below rows unless the criteria is the same for all the rows which it will not be the correct information. Can someone help me fix the formula to pull the correct row to the correct tab?

    Thank you,
    Katie

    Hello Katie
By way of an example, I've applied some formulas down to row 77 on sheets: Issues and Submitted. I've also extended Table3 on the 'All Data' sheet to include the 'Current Status' column. Maybe this will do what you're looking for.

    Hope this helps.

This is great. Were my formula's incorrect? I see all tabs are pulling the necessary data. Thank you so much!!

You have to use only one formula in cell A4 on all the sheets to get the desired result. This is an array formula, so confirm it by Ctrl+Shift+Enter and then drag the formula to the right and down as far as it is needed.

    Hello Katie
Glad it helped. Your formulas would work except I think the one beginning in cell A4 on each sheet. Which was:

You were making the row at O4 absolute instead of the column, which should be:

Mine were just a little more succinct and referenced Table3 to make them perhaps a bit more effecient than referencing entire columns.
