    Rounding formulas

I have created an excel spreadsheet with formulas and the answers are for example 3.20. I would like all columns to round up to the next whole number not the nearest. I have tried rounding and it only rounds to the nearest which takes it down. How do I get it to round up to the next whole number?

    Another possibility...
