Keeping track of attendance point system
I need to track the number of points accumulated during the past 6 months. We use a point system to track attendance over the last 6 months. Tardys count as 0.5, then callouts count either as 1 or 1.5 points. NCNS counts as 5.
Column A is the Months and the top row is the days of the months. Here is as example:
Janurary 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15
I currently have to manually delete points that are older than 6 months. Is there a way I can assign each cell a date? This way I can have a formula that only counts dates present and back to 6 months.

I would need to see a sample of the data here, otherwise, how can I give you an answer?
I see what you would like to see appear for Jan (I think), but none of the data that you use to get there!
Actually, see some data that might be under the 1 column...but no Idea of why it's supposed to be there...

-Add a File - click advanced (next to quick post), scroll to manage attachments, click, select add files, click select files, select file, click upload, when file shows up at bottom left, click done (bottom right), click submit
