how to divide the FINAL RATING with weighted average?

How can I possibly enter the FINAL GRADE alone and it will automatically come up all the data along with? Ive attached the example excel file for you to see. I lost all the records other than FINAL GRADE of my students and I need a detailed report. Thank you in advance.
