Concetenate multiple matches into a single cell

Hi,

I have a list of groups in column A and associated names in column B. Every row has the group in column A and a single name in column B. There are several names to every group.

In another sheet I would like to concatenate all names asscoaited with Group A into a single cell, and the same for Groups B, C, D, E, F etc...

Is this possible?

The UDF at the link provided does help but I need one variation. If I have the group in A and the name in B, I only want to concatenate names where column c has a value of "Yes".

Please can you show me how to updae the UDF?
