Formula to get the Top 3 highlighted cells.

Hi all. I want to get the name of the top 3 highlighted cells in my file - they are the top 3 highest in the column.

Any one can help?

Your are welcome.
This will take the first 3 values from the top0 not the 3 largest(smallest) over all.
Please recheck and come back if you find that this not work for different configuration.
