Calculate average percentage for specific selected cells

I need to calcualte a percentage average for specefic selected cells which formula should I use?

The problem is I have a spreadsheet with questions the questions are answered by a 0 or 1 or n/a if u type n/a then it must exlude that from the percentage I managed to get a formula with average if but I need the formula to work out if i select a1 skip a2 then calculate a3 and a4

Perhaps some sample data with expected results would be helpful...
