Link different workbooks (cells) and choose file through a cell content

Hello,

How can I link in a formula different Excel-files?
This seems simple but I want to select the file name by typing the name in a cell in my destination file.

I'm using the INDIRECT function but can I introduce in this function also the file name, choosen from a cell in my workbook?

Extra info : =INDIRECT("'["&B1&"]"&$A$2&"'!"&$C$1)
B1 = filename source file
A2 = sheet name source file
C1 = cell reference source file

But this keeps giving a error on reference. And both files are open....
(I'm working on Mac)

Problem solved. Apparently you need to add the extension ".xlsx" in de file name.
