Trying to differentiate between two identical values in a column showing one is better.

    Hello,

In column D I have ranked the values of column C.

    Work sheet attached.

I am trying to get the ties to continue to show a tie but at the same time
show that one is a bit stronger based on the values in column B.

It would be great if column D posted cell D 9 as a 3.0 and cell D 10 as a 3.1 for example
due to the fact that the value listed in B 9 is higher than B 10.

Also there is a tie at 8 that I am trying to get to show in cell D 7 as a 8.0 and a 8.1 in cell
    D 4 as the corresponding values in cells B 7 and B 4 are 173 and 107.

I thank you for your help with this one as I am totally lost as to how to accomplish it.

    Thank you again,
    Rich
