These are two rows of data...

I need it as follows:
find st = SH_MUHRQ, cb=31500
/rating3=31500

Which means every record in first row should be followed by a row of data in cloumn2

Can some one help me please i have urgent deadline to complete the same

Select A1:B5994 and do copy place the cursor in D7 Cell and do right click and select Paste Special>>Click transpose>>Click Ok…

hi balaji,

You can use CHAR(10):

paste the below formula in c1 and drag it down..

=A1&CHAR(10)&B1

Just make sure that Word Wrap is on and the row is set tall enough to see the wrap.

that mean select the column c and change it to wrap text option...

I need column B entry below column A
Which means B1 to become A2.
And A2 to goto A3
for example:

Above example should become
