K7 = where the formula needs to go
C7 = where the words "Yes" or "No" will be entered
When "No" is entered into C7 then K7 needs to be filled with a dark gray shading
When "Yes" is entered into C7 then K7 stays unfilled

Select cell K7
Goto the Home tab>Conditional Formatting>
Manage rules>New rule>Use a formula to determine
which cells to format
Enter this formula in the box below:
=C7="No"
Click the Format button
Select the Fill tab
Select a shade of gray
OK out
