Calculating a YTD total for wages from a second workbook without using a circular argument

I have developed a simple wages payment system using 2 workbooks. The first has all the records and calculations required and the second is the "operation module" where the clerk inputs the basic data (ordinary hours, O/T hours and tax amount). This data transfers to the first workbook and produces pay slips for the staff.
I need to keep a YTD total adding each weeks data to the past weeks data of most columns and have run into the circular argument issue.
    Any ideas

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

    Hello Pepe
I have managed a work around by creating work sheets for every employee (only13) that does the YTD totals and report them to the master sheet.
Thanks for your help. I just had to re read my manual.
