    IF Formula

Help please, I need a formula that will give me a result if the content of cell A2 is equal to and between 1.25% & -1.25%. Result required o.k. For any other percentages, the result ideally needs to be 'investigate', but false will suffice.

So far I can get the result of o.k. on any percentage equal to or lower than 1.25% and false on anything else. The formula I have used is =IF(H2<=1.25%,"o.k.") I have also tried =IF(H2<>=1.25%,"o.k.") which doesn't work.

    Thank you for your help.
