Subtotal with additional information.

Hi,

What im looking to do is subtotal fields adding the weight of orders together however in the Total row for each customer I need to maintain all the details just add the weight together.

I have attached an example of the sort of data i want to subtotal and what i want it to look like. For the real data this could be up to 200 lines so need an effective way to do this.

How are you choosing how many rows to total? Is it an autoTable, or are you using the Data=>Outline=>Subtotal functionality, or what?

If it's just a manual formula, you want a subtotal value that's, for example,
F6 = F5 + F4
could you just make A6 = A5 and pull across to E6?

Im using the subtotal function built into excel. I should have mentioned im using office 2007 if that matters.
