CONCATENATE data in row but deleting blank cells

I need some help in transferring data. I have data that is input on worksheet, pulled into another worksheet by sorting it meeting certain parameters, using IF functions. However, I need to concatenate it to a third worksheet into groups, deleting the blank cells. I have used the CONCATENATE, but need to eliminate the blank rows, otherwise the cell I am transferring the data to is huge. Here is an example:

    Apple

    Banana
    Grapes

    Kiwi

    Pear

However, this data might change month to month. I want to combine this information into one cell to look like, while eliminating blank cells that might appear before, after or inbetween the items in the listing:

    Apple
    Banana
    Grapes
    Kiwi
    Pear

I have no programming skills and would be at a loss using VB.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Attached is the sample file I have been working on with obvious fake data. I want to pull data from the 'data' worksheet to sort appropriately into the correct risk box on the 'riskchart' worksheet, based on the risk score in the 'data' worksheet.

If you referring to cell H34 where your concatenate formulas is, there are no extra spaces. Typically, when you do concatenate cells there will no spaces at all even when you have empty cells. If you click on H34 and remove Wrap Text, you will see that there are no extra spaces in the cell.
