If's usage in Time format

Hi, Please help me to get a formula for the below scenario :


If A1 is less than B1 (say 9AM) = "early" and if A1 is more than C1(say 11AM) = late and if it in between B1 and C1 it is "on time"

In other words If A1 is in between 9AM to 11AM it is "on time" and if it's before 9AM it is "early" and if it's after 11AM it's "late"

(Consider it in a 24 hours time frame regardless of dates)

Thank you very much mehmetcik. But there is a slight hiccup. If the time overlaps to next day the result showing "EARLY" instead of "LATE". Hope you can help me out on this.
