Putting COUNTA in COUNTIFS?

Hi,

I somehow feel stupid today and can't figure this one out..

How can I put COUNTA into a COUNTIFS formula?

My COUNTIFS formula so far is:

I then need to add to the end:

This is probably very simple and i'm having a Friday afternoon moment.. any help please!

Or maybe I need sumproduct.. not sure
