Sum Cells based on data validation list output

Hi everyone.

Been viewing the site for some time and picked up many good tips which has enabled me to be fairly self sufficient as I have built my spreadsheets.
This problem though has got me well and truly stumped, tried lots of different formulas and I am sure I am missing something really simple.

I have a range of cells F2:F5 which are a data validation list with 3 choices "reman" "finished" "none"

I want to sum the cells G2:G5 in a separate cell based on the choices made in the data validation cells.

Basically if all cells in F2:F5 = "reman" then total up the values G2:G5. If all cells in F2:F5 = "Finished" then total up the values in G2:G5

If the values in F2:F5 are mixed then return no answer.

Hope the above makes sense and someone has a solution. Attached is a copy of the spread sheet. Thanks in advance.
