Nested If formula that chooses first cell in a range with data

example.xlsx I need a nested "IF" function, I think, that will allow me to choose from a range of cells. I need it to look in a range of cells and choose the information in the first cell that has data in it and insert that data into the chosen cell. Secondarily, I need to ignore every thing if the total of the range is less than 59 minutes. I currently have a formula that works if there is only one cell for it to choose but i need it to insert data from the range.

=IF('Hours Missed'!G10<TIME(0,59,0),"",IF('Hours Missed'!E5="","",'Hours Missed'!E5))

Hopefully the attachment helps

Hi and welcome to the forum

I think it will be easier to offer suggestions if we can see a sample of the data you are working with, as well as a sample of what your expected outcome would be?
To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Thank you for the suggestion. I tried posting the actul spreadsheet but it was too big.
I pasted the example in the original post
